  • Cherry's Online Pole flow classes for me are very useful and easy to access. Cherry’s professional, but at the same time very approachable way of teaching is just what I need. I feel relaxed and comfortable in my own surroundings, although I love group pole classes too, but I live 3 hours away from Cherry's studio and this is an excellent way of keep my pole journey exciting, learn something new or simply recycle what I already know with Cherry's trained eye correcting my mistakes and making me work harder and push myself more. Absolutely love it.

  • We've been desperate to have lessons at Active Cherry Fitness for a long while, but as we live in Wales, it's a tad far! Then Cherry started online lessons and we are so happy! Wednesdays are now our favourite days and after only one session we could feel the improvement in our movements, even if we still forget to point our toes! 😂 We've been members of Cherry's Shorties Sessions for a while and they're so good - they're perfect for if you're pushed for time. We've now joined her Monday online flow class and are hooked! Cherry is lovely, funny and patient and we cannot recommend her highly enough! Hopefully soon we will make the trip across the border and have an in-person lesson 🙂

  • Cherry's online pole flow tutorials for me are a great way to practise my existing pole skills and learn new great ones. Being online means I can make it every week whether I have childcare or not. And being able to rewatch it really allows me to practice my new moves once the lesson is over. Teaching online must be quite different but Cherry does it effortlessly and the class is really easy to follow. Thanks Cherry!

  • We first met Cherry in Pole World Festival in 2019, when we went to her seminar. We met her again in our first ever comp, English Riviera. Over lockdown, we joined her weekly online classes, which we absolutely loved. As she's in Eastbourne and we're in Cardiff, this was finally our chance to learn from her. She has taught us so much about pole flow, classique style and posture. It took us half an hour once of learning body rolls with leg waves, but we got there and we pass on her to wisdom to our own students. Our students feel like they know Cherry because we don't stop talking about her and what she's taught us! When we decided to take competing seriously, we turned to Cherry for help and she became our comp coach. We're great at procrastinating until the final week, so she gives us nudges and helps us with our choreo. We have the theme, Cherry has the choreo. We work well together! And when we discovered that the comp world isn't quite ready for identical twin Autistic Goths who insist on dancing to heavy metal with their handmade coffins or pretending to be spiders, Cherry is always there to support us. She said to us "you can either win or be your unique selves. You can rarely have both." So we chose to stick to being our own unique selves. There have been many times when we nearly walked away from comps, and without Cherry's complete belief in us, we wouldn't still be giving people nightmares when we get on stage. Cherry has always been our number one fan. And we will always be hers.

  • Cherry’s ssstyle, yoga and split training classes are excellent. She has so much knowledge about the body and uses a very holistic teaching approach. I learn something new in every lesson and at the age of 57 I have nearly got my front splits through attending her on demand split training weekly classes. I’ve also attended a floorwork workshop that she did here in Cornwall which was great, there was something for all levels in this class. She is amazing 🤩

  • Cherry is an amazing instructor who takes the time to review your technique. Some instructors take a “monkey see monkey do” approach and simply perform and expect you to follow along. Cherry offers so much more than that! Cherry will offer suggestions and alternatives to tailor your training to you and your abilities.   • From the moment I met Cherry, I absolutely adored her! Since then, I have done Inter classes, Skripper style, Active splits and spin pole with her and enjoyed every single one. She is a beautiful, knowledgable and encouraging teacher, explaining moves in detail with a holistic mind-body approach and gently builds up the level/difficulty.
