Indulgent. Intentional. This is where we soften into the movement and really feel it. A perfect introduction to pole dancing if you’ve never tried it before. A beautiful refresher if you’re returning after a break. Or simply a space to move freely without pressure, comparison or rush. We focus on pole dance foundations — gentle spins, transitions, body awareness and flow — building strength and confidence steadily, in a way that honours your body exactly as it is. We learn in a way that honours the true roots of pole, and our own bodies. No prior experience needed. No expectation to perform. Just you, the pole and the freedom to explore. Our classes are small and limited to two people per pole so you’ll not only get plenty of practice time, but you’ll also get lots of support from your instructor. Each persons learning journey is different, don’t be afraid to work a little before you get better. Everybody starts somewhere and I just know that you’ll walk away feeling accomplished every time you attend class. No previous dance/ exercise experience necessary. Our classes will take you through everything you’ll ever need to know about safe and effective technique. It’ll be fun too! Please wear something comfortable that you can move in and bring water. Socks/ barefoot/ cosy slippers are all acceptable in this class. It’s the perfect space for dancers who want to challenge themselves, deepen their understanding of technique and expand what they’re capable of on the pole — all while being cheered on by an incredible community. Inspired by classic stripper style, we dim the lights, set the mood and explore movement that is sensual, grounded and deeply connected to the music. Expect slow burns, leg waves, body rolls, floorwork and those delicious in-between moments that make pole feel powerful and personal whilst honouring the roots of pole dace and your own body. This is a space to experiment, embody your movement and let go of judgement. You don’t need to perform, impress or be anyone other than yourself. Just show up, feel the music and explore what movement wants to come out of you. Heels are welcome but never required. Raw. Real. Expressive. A celebration of pole’s roots and the dancers who shaped it. A celebration of your own body and sensuality.
